I wanted to communicate that yesterday we were trying to perform a hardware upgrade to the server hosting the site which did not go as planned. We had to revert back to the older hardware and the whole process caused the site to go offline for a few hours.

Unfortunately we’ll have to repeat the process at some time in the future as that hardware upgrade is necessary, so this will mean some further downtime will be required not too long from now. I appreciate your understanding. Thank you.
